1. Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Item Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in original condition
  • The item must include all original packaging and tags
  • The product must not be damaged or show signs of use

3. Return Reasons & Shipping Costs
We believe in a transparent shopping experience:

Defective or Damaged Products:
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a pre-paid return label.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, return shipping is still FREE, and we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Restocking Fee:
$0.00 — We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@oxbag.store with your order number and reason
  • Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Attach the label and drop it at the nearest courier facility

5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process after receiving the item.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.)

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
